How to Return

- Email us within 30days with order number.  Once you have emailed us with your request to return along with the order number, we will email you a return form. 

- Please fill out the return form and mail it back with the returning item.  (You can use the original packaging to ship the item back to us) 

- We will gladly accept only Unused and Same Condition purchases.

- Please note the return shipping cost is customers responsibility. ONLY AUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

When to expect refund
Once we have received your item back, we will go through a thorough inspection to make sure the item is unused and in original condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
