CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER THAT WAS PLACED EARLIER?

-Unfortunately, No.  You will need to place a separate order for any other items you would want to purchase

 

I DO NOT LIKE THE ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-Don't worry, if you are not satisfied please contact us within 30days and we will help you with the return instruction.

 

MY CARD WAS DECLINED, WHAT WAS THE REASON?

-Please contact your bank for assistance.

 

HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

-Our typical time is from 1-3 business days.  Most cases it will be shipped the same day or next business days.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the delivery information.

 

I ACCIDENTLY WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS , WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-We will not be held responsible for wrong addresses on any circumstances.  If the item was returned for any reasons it will be subject to 20% restocking fee or $5 USD ($10 for International orders) whichever is greater.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

-Due to our efforts to ship out orders as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel your order.  If you need to please return your item back to us for refund.  Please refer to return policy link on our homepage.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-We go by the Tracking number.  We will not be held responsible for missing or stolen items that states delivered by the post office.  Please check with your nearest post office as soon as possible.

-Yes! we ship Internationally! Please refer to our shipping guide for international buyers.
